  • We aim to ship within 1-2 days of receiving orders.
  • Your items will be carefully wrapped with our eco-friendly silk paper, green wrap, linen thread and recycled cardboard. An organic and vintage look we love. We may use biodegradable plastic when absolutely needed but so far, so good : )

  • We will ship with Australia Post using tracked post. Tracking number will be sent to you by email. However French Bliss cannot be responsible for any delays due to Australia Post.

  • Please, note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based with an allowance included for eco-packaging.

  • Orders over $150 will get FREE SHIPPING AUTOMATICALLY.

  • The code NIMBINITE is only valid for Nimbin, NSW locals as we deliver there for free : ) Please, do not use this code if you are not a local and need shipping to be delivered.

  • If you wish a special 'gift wrap', please make sure you will select this shipping option during check-out. We are also happy to write a special note for the parcel's recipient on your behalf. If we can add a little touch, a bit of poetry and do something nice, why wouldn't we?

  • You may return new items unused with tags* within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

* For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept the return of any soaps.

  • We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please send returns by tracked post where possible to the following address:
